DIRITTO DI RECESSO (14 GIORNI)
Ai sensi della normativa europea, hai il diritto di recedere dal tuo acquisto entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione. Per poter beneficiare di un reso, il tuo articolo deve essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto, non utilizzato, con le etichette e nella sua confezione originale. Dovrai inoltre fornire la ricevuta o la prova d'acquisto.

Se il tuo reso viene accettato, ti invieremo le istruzioni su come e dove spedire il pacco. Gli articoli rispediti senza aver prima richiesto il reso non saranno accettati. Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a carico del cliente, salvo diversa indicazione.

DANNI E PROBLEMI
Ti preghiamo di ispezionare il tuo ordine al momento della ricezione. Contattaci immediatamente se l'articolo è difettoso, danneggiato o se ricevi l'articolo sbagliato, in modo da poter valutare il problema e risolverlo tempestivamente.

ECCEZIONI E ARTICOLI NON RESTITUIBILI
Alcuni tipi di articoli non possono essere restituiti, come:
- Prodotti personalizzati o ordini speciali;
- Beni deperibili o prodotti per la cura della persona;
- Materiali pericolosi, liquidi infiammabili o gas.
Inoltre, non è possibile accettare resi per buoni regalo o articoli in saldo/offerta speciale.

CAMBI
Il modo più veloce per ottenere ciò che desideri è restituire l'articolo in tuo possesso e, una volta accettato il reso, effettuare un acquisto separato per il nuovo articolo.

RIMBORSI
Ti informeremo non appena avremo ricevuto e ispezionato il tuo reso e ti comunicheremo se il rimborso è stato approvato o meno. Se approvato, sarai rimborsato automaticamente sul tuo metodo di pagamento originale entro 10 giorni lavorativi. Ricorda che può volere del tempo prima che la tua banca o la società della carta di credito elaborino il rimborso.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
